This week, I have already put in two miles walking. I started Monday. Today is Wednesday. Not bad for “chunky boy”. Shana, one of our worship pastors, wrote up an exercise plan for me as well. She is a fitness trainer. I haven’t opened the PDF yet. I figure if I don’t open it, I don’t have to do it. And if I don’t open it, I can’t be held responsible.
I am thinking I pretty much need to get on a daily or twice daily schedule. Yechch.
